Good Times Booth Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payments
To reserve your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit holds your date and is refundable until 14 days before the event.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.
If the remaining balance is not paid by 14 days before the event, the booking is considered cancelled by the client, and the 50% deposit becomes non‑refundable.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

15 days or more before the event:
You may cancel and receive a 100% refund, minus Wix payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30). Processing fees are not refundable. -
14 days or less before the event:
The 50% deposit is non‑refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded, minus Wix processing fees.

Illness or Medical Emergencies
If the client, host, or an essential event participant becomes ill or experiences a medical emergency that prevents the event from taking place, refund requests will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis at our discretion.
Because your event date is reserved exclusively for your booking, deposits for illness‑related cancellations remain non‑refundable.
However, we will offer a one‑time reschedule or event credit, subject to availability, for events impacted by illness or medical emergencies.
If Good Times Booth cancels:
You will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
By submitting a booking and payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms in this policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued if:​

A major technical issue prevents us from delivering the service.

Services provided differ substantially from what was contracted. ​
Refunds will not be issued for:

Guest dissatisfaction with photo content once services are delivered.

Successful prints, digital files, or services already rendered.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Payments may be transferred if the new date is available.

Delivery of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
