  • Any digital copies uploaded to or stored in your online gallery.

  • Images of guests who use the photo booth.

  • Optional contact information if guests choose to receive digital copies.

Website & Gallery Data

  • IP addresses, device information, and usage data when accessing online galleries.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and manage photo booth services.

  • To create, host, and maintain your online photo gallery.

3. Online Gallery Privacy Options

Clients may choose one of two gallery settings:

A. Shareable Gallery (Public Link)

If selected:

  • Anyone with the link may view the gallery.

  • Guests may download and share images on social media.

  • Non‑guests may view the gallery if the link is shared with them.

  • You acknowledge that once shared publicly, we cannot control further distribution.

B. Private Gallery

If selected:

  • Access is restricted to the client and individuals they authorize.

  • A password or secure login may be required.

  • Images are not discoverable or viewable by the public.

You may change your gallery setting at any time by contacting us.

 4. How We Store & Protect Your Data

Event galleries are stored and managed through booth.events, a secure, industry‑standard photo booth software platform that uses modern security practices to protect your images and personal information.

We do not store event galleries on personal devices. Any basic information accessed on our devices (such as contracts or communication records) is handled with reasonable administrative safeguards, but the primary security protections come from the secure third‑party systems we use.

No digital system is completely immune to unauthorized access, and by using our services, you acknowledge this inherent risk.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Event galleries are stored for [12 months] unless otherwise agreed.

  • Contracts, invoices, and business records are retained as required under Alaska law.

  • You may request deletion of your gallery or images at any time, unless we are legally required to retain them.

6. Sharing Your Information

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With your consent, such as when you choose a shareable gallery.

  • With service providers who assist with hosting, payment processing, or delivery of digital files.

  • To comply with Alaska law, court orders, or lawful government requests.

  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our clients and guests.

We do not share images for marketing purposes without explicit written permission.
 

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services may capture images of minors attending events. By booking our services, the client represents that they have the authority to allow photography of all event participants, including minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Under Alaska consumer protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.

  • Request correction or deletion of your information.

  • Request clarification about how your data is used.
