Terms & Conditions

 GOOD TIMES BOOTH – SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Good Times Booth ("Good Times Booth," "we," "our," or "us") and the undersigned Client ("Client," "you," or "your"). By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to all Terms & Conditions attached to and incorporated into this document.

1. Payment

To reserve your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit holds your date and is refundable until 14 days before the event.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.
If the remaining balance is not paid by 14 days before the event, the booking is considered cancelled by the client, and the 50% deposit becomes non‑refundable.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 15 days or more before the event:
    You may cancel and receive a 100% refund, minus Wix payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30). Processing fees are not refundable.

  • 14 days or less before the event:
    The 50% deposit is non‑refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded, minus Wix processing fees

  • Illness or Medical Emergencies:
    If the client, host, or an essential event participant becomes ill or experiences a medical emergency that prevents the event from taking place, refund requests will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis at our discretion.
    Because your event date is reserved exclusively for your booking, deposits for illness‑related cancellations remain non‑refundable.
    However, we will offer a one‑time reschedule or event credit, subject to availability, for events impacted by illness or medical emergencies..

  • If Good Times Booth cancels:
    You will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • By submitting a booking and payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms in this policy.

3. Equipment Care & Responsibility

  • Client is responsible for guest behavior and safe use of the booth.

  • For unattended rentals, Client assumes full supervision responsibility.

  • Client is liable for any damage, theft, or loss, up to full replacement value.

4. Technical Issues

  • Routine maintenance (ink, paper, bulbs, batteries) is normal and does not extend rental time.

  • Significant equipment failure may result in partial refund or credit at Good Times Booth’s discretion.

5. Photo Galleries

  • Delivered via booth.events.

  • Gallery privacy settings selected by Client.

  • Gallery availability duration provided at booking.

6. Acceptance

By signing below, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within Alaska.
